Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8/6/2026

Pullsure is a brand of ALL LINES ASSOCIATES LLC, an independent insurance agency located in Spokane, Washington ("Pullsure," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit pullsure.com, request an insurance quote, or communicate with us.

This policy applies to our website and marketing activities. If you become an insurance customer, certain financial and insurance information we handle is also governed by federal and state financial privacy laws (including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), and you may receive separate privacy notices in connection with your policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you request a quote, submit a form, sign up for communications, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information such as your company name, USDOT or MC number, vehicle information (including VINs), driver information, operating details, and insurance and loss history. If you apply for a position with us, we collect the information you include in your application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the website that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking" below). If you receive emails from us, we may collect information about whether you open them and which links you click.

Information from other sources. In the course of quoting and placing insurance, we may receive information about your business from third-party data and verification providers, industry safety and compliance databases, insurance carriers, and publicly available sources, and we may combine it with information you provide.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide insurance quotes and place coverage with insurance carriers on your behalf; to service your account and respond to your requests; to communicate with you about quotes, policies, renewals, and related matters; to send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time); to operate, analyze, and improve our website and services; to protect against fraud and misuse; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies in the following categories:

Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function (for example, security and form functionality) and cannot be switched off in our systems.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited and how visitors arrive — so we can improve content and performance.

Email engagement tracking allows us to see whether the emails we send are opened and which links are clicked, which helps us send more relevant communications.

You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our website or through your browser settings. Our website also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request where required by law.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we will use your phone number to send the communications you signed up for (such as quote updates and service messages). Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We share information in the following circumstances:

Insurance carriers and intermediaries. To obtain quotes and place coverage, we share your information with insurance carriers, wholesale brokers, managing general agents, and surplus lines markets as needed.

Service providers. We use third-party providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, email delivery, text messaging, analytics, and customer relationship management. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

Underwriting and verification platforms. We may share business identifiers (such as USDOT numbers) with industry data and verification platforms to confirm operating information used in quoting and underwriting.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental requests (including insurance regulators), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pullsure, our clients, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) provides the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

Right to know. You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.

Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by law, such as providing the services you request.

Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@pullsure.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or inquiry. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority.

Please note that some information we handle as an insurance agency is subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and California's Financial Information Privacy Act and is exempt from certain CCPA requirements.
